Batistas here are super friendly! I got some great tips to use around town since I'm new to the state. The past 2 times, the half &half was empty at the station where you fix your coffee. No biggie, they were nice about changing it out:) Con: parking lot is a little tight. There's also construction at the intersection that this Starbucks is located at right now Be careful!

Very friendly but still working the bugs out. Filthy dirty no cleaning, crumbs and old cups with lipstick on them at most tables. No energy with the lady struggling to make my coffee in the clover.

When I'm paying high prices for coffee I want to be treated like a million dollars, whether I have on torn jeans unbrushed hair or I look like a Vogue model. In any place especially a Starbucks hire friendly people that are people oriented with a purpose to please the customer by being friendly, with a nice smile, and with manners to say may I help you and thank you , but really mean it!

After a hellish morning, I went to this Starbucks to use the restroom and get some tea. I was on my way to work and my toilet was working at home. It being a Monday and all, I looked pretty rough running out of the house after a workout, just discovering the toilet was unusable. I went inside, ordered a tea and asked where the restroom was. All the female baristas looked at me like Susan Boyle in a beauty pageant. Like I said, I wasn't looking that great at this point, but nonetheless I was a paying customer, gold-card holder to boot. Yes, I threw that out there. It felt so mortifying and awful. Hours later it still rubs me the wrong way, hence why I'm writing this review. I don't expect anyone to coo over me, even in the retail realm, but this was ridiculous. They acted liked I was infested with un-coolness. The baristas in the drive thru have been hit or miss, usually they are friendly, with only a few that were suffering from sever cases of bitch face. I don't care how I am dressed, if I'm stupid enough to patronize a place with sub-par beverages at high-class prices, at least have the decency to berate me after I leave. If I decide to go back to this location I'll make sure I'm Sephora-ready before I set foot inside.

Starbucks has a reputation to uphold and they do a pretty good job here. The layout is pretty ideal, lots of places to recharge & plug in your devices, generally very clean. The Barista (I'm not sure his name, nice younger guy) is SUPER FAST! Honestly probably the fastest I've ever seen. No matter how long the line gets he has your coffee ready in minutes. My only complaint is I got here at 4:50 am the other day and they didn't open till 5:30am. So that sucked, but other than that I'm a fan.

This is the same Starbucks quality that you've come to know and love. There is limited seating but there's a pretty large patio for when the weather permits outdoor seating. The only negative is that this particular location has very limited parking but if you park in the shopko lot just east of the store, there's usually plenty of room.
